Course Overview
Mokshya’s Ultimate Cleanse program is a transformative journey that detoxifies and rejuvenates both body and mind. Combining powerful techniques from Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda, this program offers a deep cleansing experience through practices like Sankhaprakshalana (intestinal cleansing), designed to eliminate toxins, boost digestion, and enhance overall wellness.
Each participant receives personalized care and individual attention throughout the process, ensuring that the cleanse is tailored to their unique needs. Daily Ayurvedic massages play a key role in recovery, helping to release muscle tension and support the body’s healing from the intensity of the cleansing practices.
This program is perfect for those truly committed to purifying themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. It offers a holistic approach to detoxification, leaving participants feeling lighter, more balanced, and reconnected with their inner selves. Mokshya’s Ultimate Cleanse is the ideal package for anyone seeking a full-body and mind reset.

Abhyanga (Massage) & Swedan (Steam bath)

Short Gastro flushing
Mokshya’s Ultimate Cleanse Program is oriented to purify the whole body and mind. Participants of this course begin cleansing of the digestive tract from the 2nd day by drinking warm salted water in a small amount (about 1 liter) everyday on an empty stomach.
Sankhaprakshalana (Gastro Cleansing) & Fasting
Fasting is a natural way of eradicating toxins from the entire body especially from the digestive tract. To benefit from the fasting process we have scientifically designed a 3-day fasting routine. Participants will follow this schedule of fasting to intensify cleansing of the entire body
Fasting Schedule
Participants will adhere to this fasting schedule to enhance the comprehensive cleansing of the entire body.
1ST DAY OF FASTING: Participants will engage in regular yoga and meditation practice alongside a structured fasting regimen. This includes consuming six apples throughout the day—two for breakfast, two for lunch, and two for dinner—accompanied by four cups of honey and lemon water with each meal.
2ND DAY OF FASTING: Participants will maintain their regular yoga and meditation routine while fasting, which involves consuming three apples daily—one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner—alongside four cups of honey and lemon water with each meal.
3RD DAY OF FASTING: Participants will continue their regular yoga and meditation practice while consuming four cups of honey and lemon water and juice during meal times. Additionally, they are encouraged to drink an unlimited amount of water and herbal tea throughout the day.
