Sankhaprakshalana(GI Cleanse): 7D/7N

"Shankhaprakshalana: Detoxify, Rejuvenate, and Balance Your Body with the Ancient Cleansing Technique. Revitalize your health and restore harmony with this powerful purification practice for mind and body."
Course Overview
While numerous body detoxification programs exist globally, our approach to detoxification is deeply rooted in ancient yogic science. Unlike many contemporary methods reliant on medication or herbs, our process harnesses the innate power of your physical and mental exertion, coupled with fasting.
The essence of this course lies in purifying the digestive system and consequently, the entire body, by eliminating accumulated toxic waste matter from the intestine. Yogic wisdom posits that a contaminated digestive tract is often the root cause of various physical and mental ailments.
To address this concern, we've meticulously crafted a program integrating yoga, meditation, fasting, and gastrointestinal cleansing activities. Through this comprehensive regimen, participants can effectively rid their bodies of toxic waste while shedding excess pounds of unnecessary fat. Experience the transformative potential of our holistic approach, aligning with the timeless principles of yogic science for enhanced well-being and vitality.
